Karen Kiragawa (Berlin) died of cancer on May 18, 1993, in Washington, D.C.  She was a teacher, social worker, educational computer software designer, and publisher who volunteered at the National Archives.

Karen was the mother of two children, Katherine and David. Her husband, Jeffrey Berlin '66, provided this information in 1993.
